We have the option to schedule a date that you would like for your order to ship (shipping availability will occur after the standard 24-hour processing period).
To ensure the freshest delivery possible, we ship nationwide, via FedEx, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
However, our factory store is in Texas, so local shipments delivered within the state of Texas can ship up to Thursday due to shorter transit time via FedEx (Thursday shipping applies to Texas recipients).

Preorders are not required at our factory store! We feature a weekly rotating Cookies of the Week menu that is baked fresh daily and ready for your ‘grab-and-go’ convenience. Our weekly menu changes each Monday. Our weekly lineup is updated on our website and social media platforms.

We have a large selection of cookies that do not contain nuts.
We understand nut allergies exist and we take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously. At our facility, we have a dedicated station for the handling of peanut butter and nuts. All equipment within the dedicated station is not shared. This includes bowls, scales, and miscellaneous baking utensils. Although we take these extra safety precautions, we are not a nut-free facility and some equipment throughout our facility is shared. Even though we sterilize between each use, we cannot guarantee cookies are free of allergens.

Our cookies are handcrafted using shared equipment. We have dedicated stations and equipment for allergens, and sterilize after each use; however, we are not a nut-free, allergen-free facility.
To maintain freshness, store in an airtight container at room temperature for at least one week.
For that out-of-the-oven- taste, warm cookies in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Appropriate heating times may vary.
If not enjoyed immediately, freeze cookies in an airtight container upon arrival for optimal freshness & flavor (up to 3 months). To defrost, leave out in room temperature for two hours, then eat and/or heat.
