We are excited to have you as a customer! Thank you for your purchase! The Terms of Sale apply to you and us when you purchase a Product from our site. When placing an order for Products, you are agreeing to and are bound by both the Terms of Sale and our Terms of Use set forth in Terms of Use.
Product Orders
All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue Products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-FUNDABLE.
If Products ordered are out of stock, we will notify you by email and either cancel your order or provide you with a refund.
Refunds; Product Replacement
At milk mustache, our passion is quality, and our purpose is to spread joy and make life sweet. That is why we strive to create a great customer experience. If you have any concerns and would like to contact us, please do so by calling 832-761-5161 or email at info@themilkmustache.com.
All sales of Products are final unless milk mustache, in its sole discretion, confirms an issue that is brought to our attention within 24 hours of the date that the order is placed, that would entitle you to a refund or replacement Product. In the case of refunds, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until you have supplied evidence of the issue with the Products, including photos, and reference number. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact milk mustache, by phone at 832-761-5161 or by email at info@themilkmustache.com no later than 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Changes or order cancellations cannot be made after 2 hours from the time the order was placed.
